Make sure you fill out our Shipment Tracking Form with as much detail as you can provide regarding any items you will be shipping to the Convention Center. We will use this information to notify staff onsite when your package arrives so they may locate your boxes and bring them to your tabletop.
If you have not provided us with the tracking details, your boxes may not be delivered to your tabletop. Upon arrival, please check in with the Savannah Convention Center staff table located near registration to request your shipped packages to be delivered to your space. At this time sponsors will be charged material handling rates for receiving and delivering the packages. All fees for this must be paid onsite.
Any incoming packages should be labeled with the event name, company name, and/or booth number. Do not label packages with the SCC event staff’s name.
Please ship all material to the exact address listed below with a guest's name. Packages must arrive no earlier than: Friday, April 11th.

If boxes arrive earlier, you will be subject to additional handling fees of $25/per day for small boxes and $75/day for large boxes and pallets.
The Savannah Convention Center is not responsible for any incoming or outgoing boxes and/or freight. Sponsors are responsible for correctly labeling packages with return address labels as well as scheduling a pickup with the carrier. Return labels must be pre-printed. All event materials must be packed, labeled, and ready for pickup by 4:30 p.m. All sponsors must schedule a pickup for items to be shipped through the desired delivery service.
