Promote your company year-round with VRMA’s Corporate Sponsorship Program. Unlike traditional sponsorship packages, the VRMA Corporate Sponsorship Program takes a PERSONALIZED APPROACH. Once we identify your marketing goals, we’ll work together to allocate your marketing dollars across VRMA’s event and advertising opportunities.

The result is a custom program that drives ROI and meets your unique needs.

As shown below, there are four levels of sponsorship—Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze—and your investment includes two elements:

  • Initiation Fee, which activates the branding items and priority benefits of your sponsorship
  • Custom Credit, which allows you to choose how to promote your brand across VRMA’s marketing channels and U.S. events

1 Focus group - VRMA will assist with attendee recruitment and provide meeting space at the convention center. The sponsor is responsible for all focus group content. Audio-visual equipment and catering are not included and can be ordered through VRMA vendors. 

2 Pre and Post-Show Attendee lists will be sent 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks post-event. Lists are sent to the Primary Sponsor Contact. Data to include the following fields for Opt-In Registrants only:

  • Registrant name, title, company name, city, state, country, work phone, email address, membership type, area of interest, number of properties managed, organization size, # of years in industry, first-time attendee.

3 Attendee Registration Lists Updates will be sent 60 days and 30 days ahead of the event. Lists are sent to the Primary Sponsor Contact. Data to include:

  • Opt-in Registrants - Company, registrant name, title, mailing address, # of properties managed, and areas of interest.
  • Opt-out Registrants - Company, # of properties managed, areas of interest.

4 Pending timing of contract. Must be signed no later than February 1, 2025, to ensure inclusion. 

5Deadline of December 16, 2024 to commit to level of Corporate Sponsorship (Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze). A custom proposal will be delivered for your signature.  Deadline to sign contract varies upon level. (Platinum: January 10, 2025, Gold: January 17, 2025, Silver and Bronze: January 23, 2025).
