VRMA’s Corporate Sponsor badges are a symbol of recognition for our valued Corporate Sponsors, showcasing their commitment to and investment in VRMA and the vacation rental industry. These exclusive badges are designed for sponsors to proudly display in their marketing materials, emphasizing their support for VRMA and connection to the industry’s leading trade association. Featuring VRMA’s signature arrow, the badges reinforce our brand and dedication to shaping the future of the vacation rental industry together. 

As a valued Corporate Sponsor, we encourage you to proudly display your designated sponsor badge in your marketing materials to showcase your partnership with VRMA. 

To ensure brand consistency, we have developed these guidelines to assist in the proper use of sponsor badges. Please read the following carefully before use. 

Brand Guidelines 

Usage Rights 

The name, logo, and sponsor badge of the association are the sole and exclusive property of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). Only companies in good standing as Corporate Sponsors (Platinum, Gold, or Silver) may use their designated sponsor badge, provided it adheres to the guidelines below. 

Corporate Sponsor badges are strictly reserved for: 

  1. Business cards 

  1. Company letterhead 

  1. Promotional literature 

  1. Digital advertisements 

  1. Websites and social media (must link to VRMA) 

  1. Event materials 

  1. Other marketing materials signifying sponsorship status 

Prohibited Uses 

The VRMA Corporate Sponsor badges may not be used in any manner that: 

  • Misrepresents the sponsor’s relationship with VRMA (e.g., suggesting endorsement of specific services or products) 

  • Discredits the association or damages its reputation 

  • Is misleading, unlawful, or conflicts with VRMA policies 

  • Implies sponsorship status beyond the contract period 

  • Appears as part of a product, service, or company logo 

  • Is altered, distorted, or modified in any way that deviates from the approved designs 

Any violation of these terms may result in the revocation of rights to use the VRMA Corporate Sponsor badge, in addition to other possible penalties.
