Eligibility: All attendees who book a room at one of the four contracted hotels for the 2024 International Conference are eligible to participate in the raffle. This includes individuals who have already booked prior to the announcement of this promotion. The contracted hotels are:
- Hyatt Regency
- Renaissance
- Sheraton
- Hyatt Place
Raffle Prizes:
- Complimentary Registration:
- One (1) complimentary registration to the 2025 Spring Event in Denver.
- One (1) complimentary registration to the 2025 International Conference in Las Vegas.
- Discounted Registration (50% off):
- One (1) discounted registration (50% off) to the 2025 Spring Event in Denver.
- One (1) discounted registration (50% off) to the 2025 International Conference in Las Vegas.
- Room and Tax Coverage:
- Four (4) prizes of two (2) nights' room and tax covered for the 2024 International Conference. Winners will be selected from those staying at each of the four contracted hotels.
- Suite Upgrades:
- Six (6) suite upgrades for the 2024 International Conference, with two (2) winners per Sheraton, Renaissance, and Hyatt Place. Eligibility is limited to those staying at these specific hotels.
- Amenities:
- Four (4) amenities for the 2024 International Conference, with two (2) winners per Renaissance and Sheraton. Eligibility is limited to those staying at these specific hotels.
Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants. Each participant is eligible to win only one prize. The drawing will take place on October 9, allowing time to notify winners and arrange for their upgrades, amenities, or complimentary rooms.
Notification: Winners will be notified via email by October 11, 2024, after the drawing. Details on how to claim the prize will be included in the notification.
Prize Redemption: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners of discounted or complimentary registrations must register for the applicable event by the specified deadline.
Exclusions: No individual can win more than one prize in this raffle.
Acceptance: By participating in this raffle, attendees agree to these terms and conditions.
