Leveraging the fundamentals from the Introductory Advocacy Bootcamp (from the 2023 VRMA International Conference), learn important next steps about building political power. You will be able to learn through engaging in the political process and establishing community partnerships to protect your business from harmful government action. Our presenters will share real-life examples of successful best practices from industry peers across the US and how they affect positive change with government officials.

The Essential Operations Boot Camp: Building a Stronger Back of House

This bootcamp is designed for anyone in operations, supervisor, or manager roles to dive deep into all aspects of operations. While you already know the basics of maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping, this session will elevate your skills to the next level.

You’ll hear from seasoned professionals on managing laundry services, including whether to outsource or bring it in-house. Our presenters will also share information about maintenance and housekeeping, strategies for setting up departments like this, and how to manage these departments efficiently.
