Submission Guidelines
- To assist in the review process, we are only allowing a max of FIVE (5) session proposals from a single company or presenter.
- We ask the presenter to provide a short 1-minute video on what will be discussed during this session or a past speaker presentation/recording.
- Sessions are evaluated strictly on educational content; sponsorship of VRMA or the conference has no impact on the committee’s selection preferences. The sessions submitted within this call must be educational-based and NOT a sales pitch.
- All final presenters and panelists must be listed in the session proposal at the time of submission – please confirm their participation in advance of submitting your session(s). Presenter expertise and experience are heavily considered during the review process.
- All presenters listed within a submission should be VRMA members in good standing.
- Panels should be representative of the diversity of our industry. The education committee will give special attention to panels that include presenters with a diverse background of location, organization affiliation, gender, ideas, race, and ethnicity.
Rethink the Lecture
This year, we're encouraging formats that go beyond slides—sessions that engage, entertain, and educate. We’ve pulled together a tip sheet with session format ideas and tools for audience engagement.
